0 10 Tips for Good and Sound Sleep

Sleep performs two vital functions in our body. Our brain needs to flush out the memory that have built up during the day and the mind needs to start preparing for the day ahead by ditching any newly formed memories that are no longer needed.

Here are 10 tips to get a better perfect night sleep

1. Make a routine, go to bed and get up at about the same time everyday, even in weekends.

2. Take your dinner at least 2 hour before sleep. Dont drink too much before bedtime.



3. Avoid nicotine, caffeine and alcohol in the evening.

4. Exercise regularly. You may do some free hand exercise before sleep.

5. Sleep primarily at night.

6. Make your bedroom cool, dark, quite, and comfortable.

7. Choose a mattress and pillow that fits you, not too soft or hard.

8. Start a relaxing bed time routine.

9. Think something that give pleasure to you, keep away anxiety.

10. Go to bed when you are tired and turn out the light. You can enjoy some cool music at low volume.
